Company history
The new millennium also marked the start of our story: between 2001 and 2004, the Bucharest – Câmpina line was rehabilitated for the Romanian Railway Company (CFR). The successful implementation of the IV. Pan-European transport corridor led to our foundation as an independent Romanian subsidiary of the German Wiebe Holding GmbH & Co. KG in 2003.
In addition to other expansion projects for the transport corridor, we have since implemented numerous infrastructure projects, carried out earthworks and embankment construction work and modernized railroad stations as well as private and state-owned railroad track systems.
In 2022, the management, consisting of Marco Alpert and Daniel Bîrsan, decided to buy the company from this situation. This allows us to operate more freely in the market. We were also able to gain the German Willke Group as a new partner. We are thus further expanding our railroad track construction expertise and at the same time continuing our shared tradition of the highest quality standards in this area. With around 210 employees and a turnover of 35 million euros, we are now the number one medium-sized construction company in Romania.
